The Europe-wide search that Mr. Unterberger carried out was excellent in design and he identified a large number of highly qualified candidates in a narrow market where qualified personnel are well shielded from their employers. We have always received updates in the different project phases about where the candidates are in the process and about the current pipeline activities.
