Federico Sucari is the proud founder of Talent Corporate Solutions. He is motivated and passionate about creating impact in the client organizations he serves.
With over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry and with extensive practice in C-Level, Senior Management and cross border functional roles, Federico has performed extensive searches internationally in the US, Mexico, Central America and throughout South America.
Prior to starting the firm, Federico was formerly part of the core team at Latin America Executive Search Consultants and was a Principal at A.T. Kearney—a global management consulting firm.
Federico attended the University of Buenos Aires and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Federico lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In his spare time, you can find him enjoying time with his family or coding Assembly and C++ language for Gaming Industry.

As an innate leader with a passion for developing and inspiring talent to excel through collaboration, creativity, and accountability, Pablo has become a natural addition to Talent Corporate Solutions. He is a seasoned business leader with proven results in revenue, ROIC, and talent growth.
He started his career with Santander Rio Bank and Alpargatas before spending 20 years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Argentina, Brazil, and the US. Most recently, Pablo was President of Microban International, a global leader in antimicrobial and odor control additives.
After completing undergraduate and graduate studies in Buenos Aires, Pablo received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has also completed executive management programs at Duke University, MIT, CEIBS, Wharton, and IESE.
He currently splits his time between Miami, Atlanta, and Mexico City. Pablo enjoys trail running, scuba diving, and skiing; and loves to travel and volunteer with his family.
Talent Development Practice Leader
Guillermo Ceballos-Serra joined Talent Corporate Solutions in September 2019 to lead the Talent Development Practice and coordinate a network of associated coaching partners in the Latin American region.
With a Law degree from UCA and a master’s degree in Economics and Political Sciences from ESEADE, he brings over 30 years of experience, first, in strategic human resources management in multinational companies such as Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Walmart, Naturgy, and Assist Card International; and more recently as a sought-after consultant, advisor, and coach in organizational development and change management certified by the Human Change Management Institute.
